This fun\, movement-based class focuses on building the athletic foundation essential for all sports—and for lifelong fitness. Led by experienced Club OODAZU coaches\, each session emphasizes speed\, agility\, coordination\, balance\, and body control in an engaging and supportive environment. \nAthletes will participate in structured drills\, movement games\, and age-appropriate plyometrics—such as jumping\, hopping\, landing\, and quick takeoff movements—designed to safely build power\, coordination\, and movement efficiency. Activities are tailored to be fun\, safe\, and developmentally appropriate for each age group.
