REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Club OODAZU, we understand that plans can change, and unexpected situations may arise. Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all participants.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
If an event, program, class, or training session is canceled by Club OODAZU due to weather, we will make every effort to schedule a makeup date and time.
• If a makeup session is not possible, an account credit will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS BY CLUB OODAZU (NON-WEATHER RELATED)
If we must cancel an event, program, class, or training session for reasons other than weather, we will make every effort to schedule a makeup session.
• If a makeup is not possible, we may provide either an account credit or a refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATIONS
If we are unable to hold a program due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, or other unforeseen events), we will do our best to offer a makeup session.
• If a makeup session is not feasible, an account credit or refund will be provided, based on the nature of the event and its impact on participants.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
Before the Program Start Date
• Two or More Weeks Before Start Date: Full refund or option to convert payment to account credit.
• Less Than Two Weeks Before Start Date: Refunds will not be issued. Payment will be converted to account credit for future use.
After the Program Start Date
• If a customer cancels after the program has started, they will receive a prorated account credit for the number of remaining sessions.
• Refunds will not be provided after a program has started.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Account credits remain valid for 18 months.
• Certain programs may have unique cancellation policies. Please review individual program descriptions for details.
