FAQs
How long is each party?
- All party packages include 90 minutes of total event time: 60 minutes of court and / or turf time & 60 minutes in your designated party area.
- When you arrive, you’ll head straight to the court(s) or turf field for play. During the last 60 minutes, your group will enjoy access to the party area for food, cake, and celebration.
What’s included in the party package?
- Each package includes generic sports-themed party supplies, one large cheese pizza for every 5 kids, and a juice box for each child. A dedicated party planner and attendant handle all planning, setup, execution, and cleanup.
How do I reserve my party?
- A 50% deposit of the base price is required to reserve your date and time. We cannot hold times without a deposit. If you choose add-ons during booking, those will be charged in full at that time.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- Parties or add-ons canceled more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of the deposit, less a 10% convenience fee. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit — no exceptions.
Can I reschedule my party?
- Parties rescheduled more than 30 days before the original date may do so at no charge. Rescheduling within 30 days of the original date will incur a $125 rebooking fee — no exceptions.
Can I add upgrades or add-ons later?
- Yes. You can select add-ons during booking or wait to finalize them with our party manager about 10 days before your event. Add-ons selected at booking are nonrefundable within 30 days of the party. Add-ons confirmed within 30 days of the event are final, as we rely on outside vendors.
What supplies are provided?
- Our in-house sports-themed supplies are included in the base price. We don’t provide supplies or decor for outside themes. You may bring your own supplies, but no discount applies if you do. Nothing may be hung on walls, and additional decor may incur a fee—please ask our party manager for details.
Can I bring my own balloons?
- Outside inflated balloons are not permitted. We offer a full balloon service through Oodazu, including custom and helium options. All balloons must be purchased through us—see our OODAZU Party Boutique website for details.
Where can decor and food be set up?
- All decor and food must remain inside your assigned party area. The outside overflow areas may be used for seating or gathering, but not for setup.
Can we bring outside food?
- Outside food is allowed but incurs a $25 flat fee. Cakes, snacks, and drinks are excluded from this fee. Please note that glass and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Which children count toward the package limit?
- All children from ages 18 mo – 14 years are included in the child count. This number is based on the number of children who check-in for the party (including the birthday child and siblings). If the guest list or check-in number is more than the number of children you booked your party for, your party will be charged the higher package tier rate – NO EXCEPTIONS.
When should we arrive?
- You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive earlier, you’ll need to wait in the front area. Children cannot begin play before the scheduled start time if courts or fields are occupied.
What time does the party end?
- All parties end at the top of the hour. A $50 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled end time if participants haven’t exited the party & sports areas. Please remember another party may follow yours.
Do I need to provide a guest list?
- Yes. Please provide a guest list with first and last names for all children at least 48 hours before your party.
Do guests need waivers?
- Yes. Every adult and child must have a completed waiver before participating. For children, waivers must be completed by a parent or guardian and must be within one year of the party date.
What’s the maximum number of kids allowed per package?
- The MVP package includes up to 10 kids (no additional can be added). The Champion package includes 15 kids and allows up to 20 total. The Dynasty package includes 25 kids and allows up to 30 total. If your guest count exceeds the maximum for your package and we cannot upgrade you due to space, a $200 fee will apply — no exceptions. Additionally, $125 will be charged in 5 children increments. So if you have a Dynasty party and have 31 children, you will be charged both the $200 fee as well as the additional $125.
