FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit of the base package price is required to reserve your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior: deposit refunded less a 10% fee
- Cancellations within 30 days: deposit is forfeited
Can I reschedule my event?
- More than 30 days out: no fee
- Within 30 days of your event: $125 rebooking fee
What’s included in the base package?
A reserved event space, setup/cleanup, and standard supplies. Food, beverages, and add-ons vary by package.
Can I bring my own food or decorations?
Outside food is permitted with a flat fee (cake, snacks, and drinks excluded). Decor is welcome, but restrictions apply — please check with our event manager.
Do guests need a waiver?
Yes. Every participant (child or adult) must have a completed waiver within the past 12 months.
When can we arrive for setup?
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled event time.
What add-ons are available?
We offer balloons, sports instruction, playground passes, catering upgrades, and more. Add-ons can be booked in advance or finalized with our event manager.
